I did a the longest head spa appointment with a friend. We had a room all to ourselves and were treated like queens! We were asked to undress on top and provided comfortable robes. The masseuses (Kita and Hana) helped us climb on to the table and provided us with super comfortable wedge pillows to elevate our legs. Both Kita and Hana explained the service and got right to work. I’ve never been so relaxed before. Pregnant mamas- I was super nervous about the service since it is mostly lying on my back. When I booked the appointment, I was a lot less pregnant and felt fine laying on my back. A few days before the appointment, I stared feeling super yucky/light headed when laying on my back. I reached out via the website’s messaging system and Nicole (an owner) contact me back right away. She explained that the masseurs would be accommodating and listed about 1000 options of things they would try to keep me comfortable. I was hoping it wouldn’t come to that point, but it did and Kita didn’t miss a beat. She let me take a break and used pillows, a fan, and a few other things to get me comfortable for the rest of the service. I’m so grateful that Kita accommodated me and reassured me that I was in control of how my body was positioned and checked on me throughout the service. Kita is some kind of combination of a magician and an angel. I appreciate Kita and Modern Halo going above and beyond for me! I have nothing but good things to say about this place . The staff here is so nice , anytime I do get a service I am so relaxed . Everyone here has versatile skills from the head spa massages to the amazing stylist and massage therapist, to even their signature products . I have never seen so much growth in my hair (I have thin hair ) but coming here to get serviced for platinum, heavenly halos and even their signature halo has made a change in my hair health . Also using their Mega growth oil , their signature shampoo and Conditioner has truly made a difference. I’m so excited to continue using their products and continue on my hair growth journey .! 💖 10/10 recommend !! Whether it be for relaxation or for a hair growth journey (or maybe even both!) :)
